Maria Grazia Bartolini is an Associate Professor of Slavic Philology at the University of Milan. Since 2025, she has served as President of AISU. Her research focuses on the intellectual history and visual culture of the East Slavic region during the early modern period. She has been a Visiting Professor in the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures at Harvard University and a Fellow at the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute.
